With over 40 years of robust experience in STEM fields spanning both private and public sectors, including various leadership roles, Jim offers a profound understanding of the professional challenges faced by senior STEM professionals.

Jim's mission is to help experienced male STEM professionals over 50 enhance their emotional intelligence, forge stronger workplace relationships, and lead with more empathy and effectiveness.
